Using hydrophobic derivatives of boronic acid for ionometric determination of polyhydroxycompounds

Abstract

3-(4-Tolylazo)phenylboronic acid was used as electrode-active component of plasticized catecholamines and phenolic acids selective membrane electrodes. The possibility of using membranes based on complexes of boron acid with hydroxamic acids for ionometric determination of dobutamine was also showed.
