Regularities and Possible Mechanisms of Action of Supersmall Dozes of Biologically Active Substances

Abstract

The basic laws of action of supersmall dozes of biologically active substances (BAS) in supersmall dozes are considered. The variability, observable in many experiments, of the data can be explained at the expense of linkage of individual molecules BAS from their effectors, thus, proceeding from theoretical accounts, factor of a variation is equal to (N is number of ligand-receptor complexes), that correspond to experimental data. The developing biological answer at linkage of individual molecules, is explained by presence of highly effective systems of receptor signal transduction and amplification, that corresponds with the "classical" theory of the "free receptors" by Steferson. It is possible to explain absence of the biological answer in the field of 10-8-10-12 M by existence of two systems with negative feedbacks (substrate inhibition, inhibitionby surplus of a product etc.). The laws of development of the biological answer in time are described at action of supersmall dozes: the presence of bimodal effects is determined by the entered doze BAS.
