Separation of Enantiomers of Amono Acid Derivatives on Amono-b-Cyclodextrin by High-Performance Liquid Chromatography

Abstract

Chromatographic behaviour of optical isomers aminoacid derivatives with different modifiers on amino-b-cyclodextrin bonded on silica was studied. Discrimination ability for this column depends on structure of modifiers and existence of aminoacid polar groups. Influence of various ratios methanol and buffer in mobile phase on k’ and RS was studied. Selectivity and efficiency of this column in reversed-phase and polar-organic phase modes for carbobezoxy- aminoacid derivatives were estimated.
