Synthesis, crystal and molecular structure of 1:1 complex of 3,7-dibenzyl-1,5-diphenyl-3,7-diazabicyclo[3.3.1]nonan-9-one with copper (II) chloride
Abstract
The
X-ray data for 1:1 complex of
3,7-dibenzyl-1,5-diphenyl-3,7-diazabicyclo[3.3.1]nonane with copper(II)
chloride indicate that the bicyclo[3.3.1]nonane skeleton adopts a slightly
distorted chair-chair conformation in crystals. The coordination of the
copper(II) ion is a distorted tetrahedral. The obtained data are compared with
those for the other complexes of 3,7-diazabicyclo[3.3.1]nonanes with copper(II)
chloride.
