A New Approach to the synthesis of Bioisisteric Analogues of Nictine

Abstract

The neuroprotective activity of the ethers of prolinol with nitrophenols and hydroxypyridine was predicted by the method of mathematical chemistry. The novel approach for the synthesis of such ethers was suggested.
