Supramolecular enzyme systems of dog blood in clinical diagnostics

Abstract

The activity of some enzymes (“enzyme profile”), important for the clinical diagnostics, in the serum of animals was studied. It was shown that the activity of ALT higher on 55–221%, AST – on 85–285%, GGT – on 168–234%, LDG – in 6,4…7,4 times, KK – in 2,3–3,1 times for dogs of 6–11 years with cronical heart diseases (CHD), as compared to the healthy animals of the same ages. The following row of activities: LDG1 > LDG2 > LDG4 > LDG3 > LDG5 was obtained for the dogs with CHD by analysis of the “isoenzyme profile”.
