Direct X-ray fluorescence determination of mercury on polyurethane foam sorbentS

Abstract

Advanced technique of sorption – X-ray fluorescence determination of mercury (II) in water with static and dynamic preconcentration in the form of iodide complexes on polyurethane foam sorbents on the basis of ethers were proposed. It was show that optimization of conditions of analytical signal formation allows to increase sensitivity of X-ray fluorescence determination and linearity range of calibration curves essentially (up to one order and more).
