Quantitative Determination of Losartana and E-3174 metabolite in Rat urine

Abstract

A technique for quantitative determination of losartana and metabolite in biological liquids ( the urine of rats) was developed. An analysis was carried out with the employment of high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with a fluorescence detector. The techniques determination limit of losartana and E-3174 was calculated as 2,5 ng/ml and 5 ng/ml, respectively.
