Biotinylated Arc1p is a potential component of yeast telomerase

Abstract

In the present work was obtained a strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae lacking gene of biotinylated protein Arc1. Results of analysis of this strain indicate that Arc1p interacts with telomerase.
