Extraction and subsequent chromatographic determination of dialkylphthalates in soils BY GC-MS/MS

Abstract

A technique of extraction and the subsequent quantitative determination of dialkylphthalates in soils is presented by a method of a gas chromatography - tandem mass spectrometry. The method is characterized by low detection limits of the detection, high efficiency and sensitivity. Optimal conditions for the extraction DAP from soils was found. An estimation of the possible secondary pollution of DAP – containing samples from the laboratory ware, chemical reagents was done.
Key words: dialkylphthalates, gas chromatography, mass spectrometry.
