Gold determination in tin oxide based
advanced nanomaterials by total reflection X-Ray
fluorescence analysis
Abstract
Novel approachto the gold determination in tin dioxidebased advanced nanomaterials by TXRF method is
suggested. The results of determination
are obtained by standardless in powders and an internalstandardin
aqueoussuspensions methods. The accuracy
of the gold determination in powder nanomaterials by TXRF without
sample decomposition is demonstrated.
