Application of the method of analysis for scattering indicatrixes microstructure nanocomposites poliparaksililen–silver

Abstract

A comprehensive study of the microstructure of nanocomposites polyparaxylylene – silver (PPX-Ag) with using the method of light scattering indicatrix analysis was made. Was created stand for measurements of light scattering indicatrix and integral light scattering. Theoretical calculations of the scattering indicatrixes PPX–Ag with using Mie theory, taking into account features of the nanocomposite microstructure was done. Obtained good agree between the experimental and theoretical studies of the scattering PPX–Ag.
