ABSTRACT. A flow system including an on-line coated capillary column for the the determination of trace of metal ions in natural waters is proposed. A manifold of flow microwave sample processing of waters is elaborated. The method of microwave sample processing eliminates the noise generated by the organic matrix i.e. humic and fulvic acids. The system was applied for determining Pb, Co, Mn(II), and Fe(III) in swamp water. The flow system proposed can be useful for routine analysis of natural and waste waters.
